• The cut-off date: Luncheon reservations must be made no later than the Saturday before the luncheon.
• Gentle reminders: If you are unable to attend a luncheon and fail to cancel in time, it is still your responsibility to pay for your lunch. No doggie bags or Jeans at the Valencia Country Club.

Entree Choices:

• Traditional Cobb Salad: Black Forest Ham, Julienned Mesquite Grilled Turkey, Swiss and Cheddar Cheeses, Hard Boiled Eggs, and tomatoes piled high on a bed of assorted greens.  
• Rafael's Soft Tacos: Ground Beef tacos in warm corn tortillas with freshly homemade guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream served with re-fried beans.
• Chicken Marsala:  Chicken in Marsala Wine Sauce served with seasonal vegetables and chef's choice of starch.

Luncheon Program: 

September: We are having a BABY SHOWER !!  September is the final month for Tara, our own "luncheon angel" before she goes on a maternity leave, so we want to thank her for her wonderful assistance in making all of our lunches extra special.  Since she is having a baby girl, there will be lots of pink, baby shower games and just general joy as we celebrate the upcoming arrival.  We will be presenting Tara with a gift certificate, but any extra baby goodie you would like to contribute would be most welcome. Come join us in celebrating the soon-to-be arrival of a real NEWCOMER!!
